Trauma Therapy.

Trauma is often a part of our client’s lives, and we have specific therapeutic modalities to resolve issues and arrive at a balanced perspective. There are preferred tools in the clinical program that help overcome past trauma to find true healing.

No Judgement. All Care.

Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) is frequently used by the Sanctuary clinical team to help individuals process past trauma, clarify personal narratives, and challenge unhealthy or distorted thought patterns connected to these experiences. Central to this approach is a focus on present-day behaviors, ensuring that unresolved trauma does not continue to drive harmful patterns and emotional dysregulation.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, often referred to as EMDR, can be administered to help uncover some emotions and thought processes that may be hidden. This eye stimulation method can be an exploratory activity that can yield productive results for our clients.
